Tuesday Court
Our court is run on a "first come, first serve" basis; and everyone
is required to check in with our office before going to the
courtroom. You can check in as early as 8 a.m. but no later
than 9 a.m. You will be called according to when you sign in.
Dress Code
Courtroom dress code does not allow bare feet, shorts, midriffs, or
tank-tops.
Interpreter
If you need an interpreter, please notify the court at (435)
636-3289 (five days before your hearing, if possible). In all
criminal cases and in some other proceedings, the court will arrange
for the interpreter and will pay the interpreter's fees. You
must use an interpreter from the list provided by the court.
Disabilities
In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals
needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative
aids and services) during this proceeding should call CARBON COUNTY
JUSTICE COURT at (435) 636-3289 at least three working days prior to
the proceedings
