Strength & Flow Fitness Class

I am so excited to invite you to the first Strength & Flow Fitness Class coming up June 10 in Price at the Peace Gardens!

As part of the Sidewalk Sale held in @pricedowntowndistrict on the 2nd Saturday of each month, I’ll be leading a FREE fitness class in the Peace Gardens from 9-10am!

In this class, I will guide you through a fun flow of stretches, movements, and exercises that make you feel fantastic!

And no matter your ability or experience level with fitness, you should come, because I always provide variations for a variety of ability levels so that everyone can participate fully.
