The County requires that you obtain a Kennel permit for four or more dogs, and cats; which are issued by animal services, after the paperwork is filled out at the Clerks Office.

Kennel Permit Information
Permits for pets located in the unincorporated portions of the county are sold at the County Clerk’s office at 751 E 100 N Suite #1100, Price UT 84501 Mon - Fri, 8am-5pm (excluding holidays)
Permit Fees:
$50.00 Initial Fee.
$50.00 Fee every year after.
Renewal Period:
December 1 - January 31
$25 late fee applies after January 31

Kennel Definitions and ordinance reference
A Kennel is Defined as ""Kennel" means an establishment having more than two (2) dogs for pleasure, or for the purpose of boarding, breeding, buying, grooming, letting for hire, training for fee, selling, or for the housing of show animals or others, except where such establishment shall be licensed as having sportsman's privileges as provided in section 21.010 through 21.040 of this ordinance."
