Carbon County does not endorse any candidate and is not responsible for verifying the accuracy of any statement provided by any candidate.

One (1) County Clerk/Auditor for a term of four (4) years

ATTORNEY

One (1) County Attorney for a term of four (4) years

SHERIFF

One (1) County Sheriff for a term of four (4) years

JUDICIAL

SUPREME COURT

There will be a retention election for one (1) Supreme Court Judge, provided that the incumbent whose term is expiring files during the filing period.

JUSTICE COURT 

Any Justice Court judge whose term is expiring shall be subject to an unopposed retention election in the county or counties in which the court to which the judge is appointed is located.

SEVENTH DISTRICT COURT JUDGE

Seventh District. One (1) Judge in the Seventh Judicial District, which consists of Carbon, Emery, Grand and San Juan Counties.

FEDERAL

U.S. HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES

One (1) Representative for a two (2) year term in each of the following U.S. Congressional Districts: Third District, which consists of Beaver, Carbon, Daggett, Duchesne, Emery, Garfield, Grand, Iron, Kane, Morgan, Paiute, San Juan, Summit, Uintah, Wasatch, Washington and Wayne Counties as well as portions of Utah and Weber Counties.

STATE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES

One (1) member of the Utah House of Representatives for a two (2) year term from state legislative district 67.

STATE BOARD OF EDUCATION

One (1) member for a four (4) year term from each of the following State School Districts: i. District Fourteen (14), located in Beaver, Carbon, Emery, Grand, Juab, Millard, Sanpete and Sevier Counties as well as a portion of Iron and Utah Counties.

LOCAL SCHOOL BOARD

One (1) member for a four (4) year term from the following local school districts: District No. 4 and District No. 5 District 4 to include Castle Heights North, North East Price, North Price and Castle Heights. District 5 to include Wellington, East County and East Carbon.
